Collaborative Design efforts with Warch (Cape Town). The project is A privately owned beach resort getaway clasped between the calm of the Palm tree lined shoreline of the Lagos Lagoon , and the energy of the Atlantic ocean. Accommodation ranges from villas, hotel suites a Beach day club pool set along the ocean front. The project aims to become a destination point for local tourism.
