All materials required to actualize project are sourced both locally depending on its availability and internationally. Having worked on various projects we have developed a working relationship with both the indigenous material suppliers and the international suppliers. To a certain range some materials could be easily sourced locally. Materials like timber, stone, iron, mild steel and glass could be sourced to a limited extent.

In the past years we have come to find that depending on the quality of what we intend to achieve, we have had to import materials such as chrome, stainless steel, steel panels, pergo and high quality natural stones. In our experience, such importations take time and therefore advisable to use our tried and tested suppliers that are aware of the complexities of getting materials through our ports.

We sometime had to source fittings and equipments internationally. Based on our experience on certain projects we have had to create a liaison with international fittings and equipment suppliers especially those based in South Africa and England. The equipments include the likes of kitchen fittings and equipments, light fittings and signage accessories.
