ECAD Interiors specializes in various areas of developments, which include residential, industrial, retail, commercial, recreational, health, hospitality and educational. Over the last couple of years, we have gained experience in the interior/internal designs of commercial, residential and roll-out developments.
We have Interior design, management and administration experience in Nigeria.
This started over 8years ago in 2012 when we were approached by ACCESS BANK Plc, and appointed to double as Interior Designers, to design, plan, manage, coordinate, and select furniture for the new corporate identity to reflect in the interiors of the phased refurbishment of an existing 10-storey office block to their corporate brand and head office. The transition was expected to be carried out without disrupting ongoing bank operations. We delivered and completed based on Client’s brief and requirement, on time and without disruption in 2013
In the same year, 2012, as the Architects on LAKEPOINT Twin Towers Development, we were fully involved in the Internal design and planning of the entire building, particularly with specific attention to the common areas like the Entrance Foyer, Reception, Gymnasium, Café, Conveniences, etc. The project was successfully completed in 2015.
In 2013, we worked on BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO (BAT) Rising Sun Development, collaborated with Capita Symond UK, in the capacity as Architects of Record/Interior Design. We were fully involved in the Internal space design , planning and implementation of the entire building, with specific interior design of the common areas like the Lift Lobby, Entrance/Reception, Typical BAT Open Office, Lunch Area/Café, Conveniences, etc. The project was also successfully completed in 2015. In 2014, yet again we were appointed as Architects/Interior Designers by ACCESS BANK Plc. for refurbishment/internal re-planning of their Regional Branch at Oyin Jolayemi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. This also involved furniture specifications and selection for the Offices. The project was completed in 2015.
WAPIC Insurance also approached us in the same year, 2014, for their Head Office development, to act as the Project Managers, and Local Interior Designer (In collaboration with FQ Interiors, UK/Dubai). It involved design and FF&E package, and implementation. It was successfully delivered in 2016.
In 2015, we were appointed as Architects, and Local Interior Designers (In collaboration with FQ Interiors, UK/Dubai) for the conversion, space/interior planning, and FF&E of a residential house to a corporate Office, TENGEN Family Office. The project was completed in 2016 ECAD DESIGN LTD. ECAD DESIGN LTD.
CORONATION MERCHANT BANK, approached us in the same year, 2015, for their Head Office development, to act as the Architects, and Local Interior Designers (In collaboration with FQ Interiors, UK/Dubai). It involved design and FF&E package, and implementation, which was split into two phases, with first completed in 2016, and the second phase completed in 2019
In 2016, we got commissioned as Architects of Record (incollaboration with SAOTA South Africa) and Interior Designers, for the Nationwide roll-out of ACCESS BANK Next Generation Branches. We worked on three (3) flagship branches located at Surulere, Lekki and Epe simultaneously, designed the interiors, selection of colours, FF&E package, and implementation. The projects were all completed successfully in 2017.
After our successful Consultancy services on Access Bank NGB, we were appointed again in 2017 as Architects and Interior Designers, for ACCESS BANK Contact Centre Development. We successfully delivered the project in 2019.
In 2019, we were again approached by ACCESS BANK Plc. for their Chevron Branch as the Interior Designers, for the internal revamp of the First Floor of the branch, including furniture specs and selections. Implementation still ongoing.
In the same 2019, we were also commissioned by ACCESS BANK Plc. for their new Beachfront Branch as the Interior Designers, for the internal design/planning, FF& E selection, and implementation. Implementation still ongoing.
